The reason that your computer is probably freezing in the first place is because there are probably errors that are going on in your registry. A new computer has a registry free from errors and damage, so this problem never happens when you first get one.
However as you add and remove programs, and even individual files from your system, the registry starts to suffer from errors and these can even affect your system files. Parts of the registry get deleted, some that should be deleted arent and generally the whole thing becomes overblown and slows down. It's not your fault; it's just one of the downsides of owning a computer.
Like me you probably just do the old 3 finger salute of CTRL-ALT-DEL to get things running again. In some cases you might be able to use the Windows Task Manager to try and recover the situation. Even after doing this, though, its likely that you will still be getting problems and you will eventually have to power the system down.
To stop computer from freezing in the future, you need to fix the source of the problem. Just rebooting your computer will not work forever. What you need to do is get hold of a piece of registry cleaner software.
The program will scan your system for damage to the registry, missing system files and hundreds of other kinds of errors that are stopping it from working correctly. Then, just click the big green button to fix them all.
Just let the software scan in the same way you would run your anti-virus scanner and it will do all of the work. At the end of the scan, the software will display a list of the errors found and ask you if you want it to go ahead and fix them for you.
It's literally the fastest, easiest and cheapest way to fix your computer. By doing this one simple step you should be able to stop computer from freezing in the future.
As well as fixing the problems the act of cleaning your registry will also make your PC faster and smoother to use; just like when you first bought it.
